Conditioning Shooting Training

Conditioning Shooting Training is for athletes 4th-High School grade who are looking to improve their ability to shoot while tired and overcome the mental hurdles that come with fatigue. This class is NOT for your average athlete! They will be pushed to levels of fatigue and failure for maximum growth
